If we are in a project cycle (album, ep, single, etc.) this schedule may be adjusted.

Creating captions?
Our captions all to the point. For example, if you're choosing a photo of an artist in the studio, the caption could be "BACK WORKING 🔥"

Due our social media being a tool and not only a social platform, unfortunately we do not recommend following any and every account.
However, if we consider the account a previous partner who have partnered with us before we would follow the account.
Examples would be a church we've performed at, a radio station that plays our music, artist we've featured with, etc.

Yes! Enter Trello. Trello moving forward will hold all of our team's projects details, media, and logistics such as deadlines, point of contacts, and the like.
Visit our team trello board to access the information needed for a current project.

At BLD we are our own biggest fans. Comment on the artist post, reshare it to stories, or just save it. Whatever the medium may be, digitally support the release.

Great question! LABEL CNTRL will serve as our curated experience to distribute projects to our team and streamline our workflows.
Trello will serve as the management of the workflow. Tracking deadlines, media files, updates, and revisions.

We champion who support what we're doing independently. We know that, but we want them to know that.

COMMUNICATION

Make contact with the contractor and reiterate the initial project details that was communicated (turnaround time, deadlines, creative direction, etc.).

We are a small connected team. What one person is doing may greatly impact the success of another team member. In short, we value effective communication and follow through.

Double-checking details and confirming before sending to ensure accuracy, the appropriate tone of emails.
How often should we follow up after sending an email?
We follow up 3 days after the first email. If still no response, we follow up a week later.
After a week of no response, communication with the partner is no longer prioritized.
